Ben Hope – Walking Scotland’s Most Northerly Munro

Start of the Ben Hope ascent

At 3041 ft (927 m) Ben Hope only just scrapes into the list of Munros, but it’s still a steep, challenging walk.

If you’re doing the North Coast 500 it’s well worth taking a short diversion, and spending a few hours acending this attractive peak.

In this second video of their walking adventures in August 2020 in the Highlands Simon and Louise Allen chat to a couple from Edinburgh and witness a fell runner of extraordinay ability.
