During his 17 years in the Territorial Army he qualified, amongst other things, as an infantry soldier, pioneer, signaller and chef as well as instructing skill at arms, map reading, NBC etc. Nick has also been a scout and DofE leader, has taught lots of bushcraft and survival skills and led expeditions to Scandinavia and Africa. The Bothy does not have the infrastructure to deal it( the increase in footfall. \r\n\r\nWhen the landowner found out that mr Allan was planning on including it in second cash in book, he approached mr Allan nd his publisher and requested that it not be included in the book.\r\n\r\nMr Allan point blank refused, and included it anyway. \r\n\r\nThe landowner was then left with no option but to cease the use of peanmeanach Bothy as an open Bothy. \r\n\r\nSuch a shame, 40 years of maintenance end3d by the greed of one man.","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Dave","url":""}}]}]}
